Orientation & Training for Teachers of #RemedialCoachingCentres @actionvillageindia @ActionVillageIn

25 September 2021, Amrit Nagar (Hazaribag): Today an Orientation & Training camp held for the teachers of Remedial Coaching Centres (RCCs) under Girls’ Education Program by NBJK with support of Action Village India, UK.

The teachers of RCCs running at Gurhet, Marheta, Sarauni, Badasi, Khutra, Pabra, Kanchanpur, Banha, Khapariyawan, Sultana, Mayatu with other villages from Hazaribag Sadar, Katkamdag and Katkamdag blocks of Hazaribag district have participated in this training focused upon the academic compensation due to disturbance by Covid pandemic, modified syllabus and new strategy for students’ preparation keeping view of this changed situation. The teachers have shared their experiences in terms of easy way to understand the contents of the subjects like Math, Science & English at higher classes.

It is remarkable that total 621 girl students of class VIII, IX & X are enrolled at the RCCs in 17 villages under the program and they avail extra classes on these three subjects free of cost there to achieve good result.

Ms Niki Soren (Asst. Program Manager) and Mr. Abhay Kumar have played significant role to organize the training while the teachers like Mr. Shahbaz Ansari, Mr. Rajkumar Sahoo, Mr. Sajan Kumar Ravi, Mr. Chandar Kumar Yadav, Mr. Anant Ram and Md. Jawed have contributed to syllabus analysis and explained about uncomplicated methods to solve the problems of students.

As the special invitee, Mr. Prabhu Nath Sharma (Founder Member & Treasurer, NBJK) has encouraged the trainee teachers and requested them to develop a lifelong learning attitude.
