01 January 2025, Jharkhand-Bihar: Through our Socio-Economic & Livelihood Development programs like Parivartan, SBI Gram Saksham, Lakhpati Kisan™ Smart Village, Silai School, Mission Rozgar and others, NBJK is making a lasting impact in rural and urban communities.

Highlights of Our Achievements:
✅ 25,000+ Farmer Households in 249 villages benefitted.
✅ Construction of 2 check dams, 4 farm ponds, and 81 renovated ponds ensuring irrigation for 900+ acres.
✅ Distribution of 300 electric motor pumps, 113 sprayers, and 305 solar streetlights installed.
✅ Plantation of 3,360 fruit trees and installation of 6 solar-based lift irrigation units.
✅ Linked 6,625 HHs with high-value agriculture, 4,621 HHs with lac cultivation, and 4,841 HHs with livestock rearing.
✅ Skill training for 791 youths & women; 537 placed/self-employed (505 women).
✅ 155 Micro Enterprises promoted, creating 217 jobs; 6,369 women supported with livelihoods.
