🌟 Empowering Communities Through Skill Development and Livelihood Support 🌟

15 January 2025, Jharkhand-Bihar: At NBJK, we are transforming lives across Jharkhand and Bihar with impactful initiatives:

✅ Skill Training for Youth
575 young individuals trained in trades like Basic Computer Applications, General Duty Assistant, Beautician-Mehendi, Tailoring-Embroidery, and Tally. Of these, 321 have secured jobs or started self-employment.

✅ Tailoring Training for Women
216 rural women equipped with stitching and designing skills, and 116 supported to set up their own tailoring schools with sewing machines and essential resources.

✅ Micro-Enterprise Support
155 individuals, including 100 women, started micro-enterprises with financial assistance, creating 217 jobs in rural areas.

✅ Poverty Eradication Through SHGs
Microcredit provided to 610 women SHGs (5,764 members) and 288 men’s joint liability groups (1,211 members) to foster income-generating activities.
