16 January 2025, Ranchi: Transforming waste into opportunity! NBJK has successfully showcased value addition through recycling, turning waste into eco-friendly products while promoting organic farming and innovative packaging methods.

📍 Where? Chakla village, Ormanjhi block, Ranchi district.
💡 What’s happening?

• Vermi-compost Unit: Produced 825 MT of compost from cow dung, benefiting local farmers, nurseries, agriculture enterprises & the forest department.
• Green Millboard Unit: Manufactured 370 MT of millboard from scrap paper, supporting bookbinders, box makers, notebook printers & photo framers across Jharkhand.
• Impact: Employment for 16 locals (women & men), enhancing skills & creating self-sustainability.
