Bridgestone Mobility Social Impact Award 2022 to NBJK!!

22 November 2022, Pune:  During a gracious ceremony held at Hotel Ritz Carlton-Pune, NBJK honored with Bridgestone Mobility Social Impact Award 2022.

On behalf of the organization, Mr. Satish Girija (Secretary) and Mr. Anand Abhinav (Program Director) have received a citation & trophy with Rs. 10 lakh as award money from Ms. Lila Poonawala and Mr. Firoz Poonawala in auspicious presence of Mr. Parag Satpute (MD, Bridgestone) and Mr. Apurv Choube (CHRO, Bridgestone).

The Bridgestone Mobility Social Impact Awards identify, recognize and promote sustainable mobility innovations that employ advanced technologies and solutions for social advancement.

NBJK has been conferred with the award for restoring eyesight to rural poor with avoidable blindness and reinstating their mobility, social life as well as study or livelihood.

It made eye health services mobile and accessible in villages through eye screening camps; door to door eye screening, free of cost OPD & Cataract Surgery along with free transportation of eye patients to & fro it’s four charitable base hospitals in Jharkhand & Bihar.
