29 January 2019, Hazaribag: An NRI Mr. Rattesh Gumber, Co-founder and CEO of IT Alliance Australia has visited NBJK office and work areas to see result of the effort as making Prajapat Nagar village (Panchayat-Maangarh, block-Chauparan) free from Open Defecation. He is associated with Vision 2020 Australia, an organization by Indians in Australia which supported NBJK to make 53 lavatories in the village with contribution of Rs. 1000 from each family. This ensured villagers’ stake in that ODF program, Mr. Rattesh said. Also he mentioned about the support from Vision 2020 Australia for opening of a Vision Centre at Sherghati (Gaya) by NBJK run LokNayak JayPrakash Eye Hospital.
About IT Alliance Australia, he said that its a leading Australian IT resourcing, recruitment & advisory company providing services to large private organizations, Govt. bodies and many Fortune 500 companies like Capgemini, Infosys, ITC Infotech, Virtusa/Polaris etc. across Australia, New Zealand, USA & India. On 22 December 2016, we started ITAA and expanded it to provide work opportunities for Indian graduates also. Mr. Rattesh Gumber outlined that in next 7 years, ITAA will invest Rs. 60 million as FDI in India and looking forward to generate job opportunities for around 5500 youths in the field of HR and IT Consulting verticals. He said that campus selection for youths will be started during 2019-21 with provisions of internship, on job training, stipend for graduates with good communication skills, learning acumen and HR/IT skills as an added advantage.
