Dawat-e-Iftar and All Faiths Meet by NBJK: Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra and Lok Samiti have organized Dawat-e-Iftar at Hotel Akashdeep, Hazaribag on 9th July. The event was participated by around 150 Rozedars from all sections of society and Mr. Girija Satish (President, NBJK) has greeted them on the occasion in this holy month of Ramadan. After Magrib namaz, a Sarvadharm Sambhaav meeting was held there and many prominent citizens have shared their views upon religious understanding and discussed the ways to harmonize people. The program is solely devoted to peace and fraternity in society and all great personalities of different religious faiths have shown us the way we should live, said Mr. Girija Satish during his welcome address for the meeting. He expressed concern over the worldwide disputes in the name of religions that compel us to involve millions of security forces as unproductive and purchase of armaments at the cost of poor people. Md Islam Khan has praised India as the great land where ancient Hindu scriptures have called that God as formless and the cause behind all causes. Sardar Jaswant Singh has appealed to realize the different systems of worship the One, the omnipresent. Father Seletry has correlated eternal values of kindness and compassion for all with any religion. Mr. Swarupchand Jain was for control over desires as the base for rituals and valued Indian democracy with enough space for followers of diverse faiths. Dr. Faruqui has called the God as most merciful and described renunciation as the guiding spirit for any religious activity. Prof. R. S. Ambasttha has matched humanity with religions while all the great messengers are not known by their portraits but by the characters, opined Prof. Subodh Singh Shivageet. Mr Gautam Sagar Rana, Md Khalid, Mr Ghulam Zilani, Mr Satish Girija, Mr Ashok Yadav, Mr Arjun Yadav, Mr Razi Alam, Mr K G Azad, Mr Shamsher Alam, Mr Dungarmal Jain and Mr Shyam Kishor Singh were present in the all faiths meet.
