Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy is for product and services offered by Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra and procured by customers/client.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Usually, we ship orders within 48 – 72 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 72 hours, will be intimated to the customer.

For products which are in electronic form, eg. eBook, Coupons, or other products which are not in physical form and could be delivered electronically to the customer will be emailed within 48-72 from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

No additional shipping/delivery of products/services will be done against full, or instalment payments done by Customer/clients on the website for the products/services procured in platform other than website.

Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of placing the order and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Packaging & Handling Charges:

We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.
