Refund Policy

The sum donated for activities/projects or paid for the services provided by Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra is not refundable. In case the amount is debited wrongly from the donor/client for purpose of donation/services, the donor/client must contact us at anand@nbjk.org within 7 days of such debit providing transaction number/screenshot/bank statement. Based on the case, the decision to refund the amount rests with the Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra management.
