Amrit Nagar, 15 August 2017: 71st Independence Day of the nation was celebrated with much zeal and passion at NBJK coordination office, head office, other branches and schools run by the organization. Mr. Girija Satish (President, NBJK) has hoisted the tricolor at coordination office and led the group recital of national anthem. He offered his best wishes to staffs, trainees and villagers on this occasion. Mr. Girija has addressed the audience briefly and mentioned about fundamental rights of Indian citizens including their freedom of speech & expression, right to life & liberty, movement & residence, freedom of religion etc. He said that still we counter various problems related to caste, communalism, superstition, misery of farmers, disparity with women, employment for youths, disaster management and all these need a combined effort to be subsided. He appealed young generation to get inspiration from the lives of great people for career making and nation building.

Mr. Satish Girija (Secretary, NBJK) has called the very stability of this independence as a challenge and stressed over individual empowerment to feel free and independent. He expressed deep concern over inadequate health facility in villages even after 70 years of independence. Mr. Satish stood by religious freedom with communal harmony and mentioned about people’s empowerment through NBJK programs.

Mr. Prabhu Nath Sharma (Treasurer, NBJK) has explained about three colors of our national flag and differentiated the freedom from being bridle less. He valued truthfulness, honesty and appealed the youths to work in favor of our motherland. There were about 100 people present on this occasion and the air was echoed with patriotic slogan as tribute to martyrs, freedom fighters. The program was anchored by Mr. Pravesh Singh (Assistant Manager).
